The candle that performs more crucial actions of killing the germs and other impurities should be replaced in every two months.

Any purifier is either serviced by the Company’s service technicians directly or by the service technicians of the Company’s authorized franchisees. These technicians visit the place of installation and supply / replace the required consumables at prices prevalent at the time of supply.
Can the purifier be opened or serviced by the consumer themselves?

Under no circumstances, such a thing should be done. Servicing a water purifier is a specialist job and is done by technicians trained to do it by the companies. Taking the process in your own hands might affect the system or your health in the long run; making the situation worse.
